SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead Location – Midlands Working Arrangement – Hybrid / on-site 1-2 days per week Rate – Outside IR35 About the Job Lead the data migration workstream for a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation, supporting the organisation through a complex SAP ECC to SuccessFactors journey. You will own the end-to-end migration of HR master data, ensuring data is cleansed, mapped, transformed, loaded and fully validated for a successful go-live. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end HR data migration from SAP ECC into SuccessFactors. Own data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, extraction and loading activities. Undertake detailed data due diligence, identifying data quality issues, gaps, risks and dependencies.
