• Lead SAP Transformation: Own the end-to-end SAP transformation programme across a complex Pharma/MedTech organisation, driving a pragmatic brownfield/selective transformation approach that protects business value while modernising the SAP landscape.

• RISE with SAP & AI: Provide strategic leadership across SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP and emerging AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and create a more intelligent, data-driven enterprise.

• Forward-Thinking Leadership: Bring a progressive, commercially minded approach to technology and transformation - challenging conventional thinking, balancing innovation with risk, and shaping a future-ready SAP strategy aligned to business growth and regulatory requirements.

• Executive Stakeholder Leadership: Lead senior business and technology stakeholders, system integrators and delivery partners through a complex, global programme, ensuring strong governance, benefits realisation, organisational change and delivery against strategic objectives.
