Digital Business Analyst - Outside IR35 - Financial Services - North West at Korn Ferry, Crewe, 6 Months, £580 per day

We're supporting a Financial Services digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to deliver customer-facing digital capabilities as part of a wider CRM initiative.

Details:

• Rate: Up to £580/day Outside IR35
• Location: Crewe - 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)
• Start: ASAP (max 2-week notice period)

Required experience:

• Digital transformation delivery across customer portals, self-service platforms, mobile apps or similar digital products
• Customer journey mapping, requirements gathering and user stories
• CRM implementation/transformation experience (Microsoft Dynamics beneficial)
• Financial Services experience essential
• Customer-facing digital delivery experience within regulated sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Betting or Gambling also considered (at least some FS is essential)
• Experience working in smaller organisations, comfortable taking ownership and wearing multiple hats
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing stakeholders in hands-on environments
