Senior Commercial Data Analyst London Outside IR35 (Remote/Hybrid)

We're partnering with a fast-growing global fintech to find an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to lead commercial analytics for its European business.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, shape strategy, and influence investment decisions across pricing, product, marketing, and commercial operations. You'll turn complex data into actionable insights, own business performance narratives, and help define the roadmap for one of the company's most important regions.
We're looking for someone with:

• 10+ years' experience in business or data analytics within high-growth B2C, fintech, e-commerce, or digital businesses
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning or influencing key business metrics such as revenue, retention, or customer acquisition
• Advanced analytical skills, including experimentation, statistical analysis, and working with large, complex datasets
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across product, marketing, finance, and commercial teams
• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
• A proactive, AI-enabled approach to solving business problems

Desirable experience:

• Cross-border payments, remittance, or financial services
• Python or R for advanced analytics
• Experience scaling challenger brands in competitive markets
