Zanda is partnering with a global leader in industrial software as they look to bring in an experienced interim finance leader to support their reporting and controls agenda.

The business operates at scale across more than 100 countries, serving some of the world's most complex industrial organisations. With a significant transformation programme underway, they need a senior finance professional who can lead with authority and move quickly.

The role

This is an interim Head of Reporting & Sox Controls position, with an initial engagement of 9–12 months. Reporting into the Group Finance leadership team, you will take ownership of the financial reporting function while driving Sox compliance across the business.

The scope includes overseeing the preparation and delivery of group financial reporting, maintaining and strengthening the Sox control environment, identifying and remediating control weaknesses, and working closely with internal audit, external auditors, and senior stakeholders across the business.

Who you are

You are a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in a Sox-regulated environment, ideally within a listed or recently listed business. You are comfortable operating at pace in complex, matrixed organisations and can build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders.

Experience within technology, software, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
