This role is to support the stabilisation, optimisation, and embedding of the Dayforce platform following a recent Group-wide implementation. The role will focus on system configuration, continuous improvement, and controlled deployment of changes within an integrated HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management environment.

Experience Required

• Significant hands-on experience configuring Dayforce (Ceridian) in a complex, integrated environment
• Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes
• Proven track record of deploying configuration changes safely within live environments
• Experience managing impacts across integrated systems (e.g. Finance, Benefits platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure post-implementation environment
• Experience supporting large-scale HR system implementations or stabilisation phases
• Familiarity with data migration, interfaces, and system integrations
