Programme Director- Financial Services at Talent Today, Remote, £Contract Rate

£800-£1000 Per Day- Outside IR35

Talent Today are supporting a leading financial services organisation in hiring an experienced Programme Director to lead a large-scale data migration, onboarding and operational transformation programme currently in flight.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can drive delivery across business and technology workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders, SME leads, PMs and third-party providers to maintain momentum, manage dependencies and deliver against challenging timelines.

• Large-scale transformation delivery within financial services
• Data migration, onboarding or operational change programmes
• Fund administration, transfer agency, reporting, payments or operational readiness
• Strong governance, RAID, planning and dependency management
• Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Delivery focused and calm under pressure
• Hands-on, organised and commercially minded
• Comfortable operating at executive and delivery level
