Meraki Talent’s boutique financial services client is actively looking for a WorkDay HCM & Payroll Implementation Consultant to deliver a large-scale transition to Workday HCM. Our client is hugely acquisitive, with more acquisitions planned, this person will be essential to the alignment of HR systems and delivery across a variety of acquisitions, ensuring a transition of employees to WorkDay HCM.


An Outside IR35 engagement, our client is looking for someone with a deep pedigree in WorkDay HCM & Payroll, with past experience working upon implementations, migrations, and HR system transitions, in a global environment.


Responsibilities of the WorkDay HCM & Payroll Implementation Consultant:


- Develop plans for migrating employees to Workday HCM solutions and payroll

- Work with functional leads to map current systems and payroll processes

- Lead integration work streams and implement mitigation strategies

- Project Manage the Workday HCM implementation for Europe and replacement of the outsourced payroll solution

- Work within the HRIS team, to understand requirements and propose solutions

- Deliver Testing and UAT


Background of the WorkDay HCM & Payroll Implementation Consultant:


- Extensive experience working with WorkDay HCM, specifically being involved in implementations and migrations, clearly evidenced upon CV

- Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple project streams at one time, working with stakeholders across the globe

- Experience working within an M&A environment would be helpful

- Experience working within the financial services sector would be highly desirable

- Experience of business process automation would be highly desirable

- Happy to be based in the London office on a hybrid basis
