A leading reinsurance organisation is undertaking a large-scale transformation programme covering actuarial, data and core finance platforms. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver defined workstreams within this programme.

This is a delivery-focused role suited to contractors with strong financial services and actuarial change experience.-

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of actuarial and data-led workstreams.

• Deliver change across:

  • Enterprise Data Warehouse implementations

  • ERP modernisation (PeopleSoft to Oracle)

  • Actuarial systems and reporting

• Own delivery governance including:

  • Planning, RAID, dependencies, and reporting

  • Budget and milestone tracking

• Act as the key interface between actuarial, finance, data, and technology teams.

• Ensure impacts to data, models, controls, and reporting are understood and managed.

• Work closely with the Programme Lead and other Project Managers to align delivery plans.

Required Experience

• Strong background in financial services, ideally reinsurance or insurance.

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects.

• Solid understanding of:

  • Actuarial or finance-led change

  • Data platforms and reporting

  • Regulated delivery environments

• Confident managing senior stakeholders and multiple dependencies.

• Hands-on delivery mindset (not a PMO role).
