Dynamics 365 Business Central - Finance Process Leads (x2)

Contract: 12 months
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in London

We are recruiting two Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Process Leads to join a major finance transformation programme. These roles will shape and optimise Business Central processes across key finance areas and play a pivotal part in improving efficiency, reporting, and overall system adoption.

As a Process Lead, you will be responsible for driving best-practice process design and functional improvements across Business Central. The two hires will collectively cover:

• Production Finance

• Accounts Payable

• Record to Report (R2R)

• Management Accounting

You will work closely with finance teams, programme leads, and technology partners to ensure Business Central is configured, embedded, and used effectively across the organisation.

• Lead process design, optimisation, and functional configuration in Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Improve workflows and controls across production finance, AP, or R2R depending on your expertise

• Support testing, training, go-live activity, and ongoing adoption

• Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to enhance reporting and close processes

• Work with consolidation tools such as SAP BSC or other EPM platforms

• Act as a key functional lead within the wider transformation programme

• Strong functional experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Expertise in production finance, accounts payable, R2R, or management accounting

• Experience in production or media-related environments is beneficial but not essential

• Background in finance transformation or ERP implementation

• Confident stakeholder communicator and problem solver

• Able to be on-site in London two days a week
