Working for a well established and expanding provider of software solutions, this role is to support their Azure hosted environments, providing extra capacity to work with the customer support team to resolve any incidents. Working alongside existing team on new customer environment provisioning, from infrastructure sizing and configuration through to certificates, DNS, monitoring and handover You will maintain secure Azure networking and security controls, including Key Vault, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints and Recovery Services Vault (backup), Investigate and resolve Azure Blob and storage issues as they relate to the delivered platform components and support identity and access, including Entra ID, SAML and OIDC single sign-on across workload running in Azure.
