This is a senior, lead IT Service Transition Manager role. 6 month+ Outside IR35 contract 2-3 days onsite in Milton Keynes mandatory. To be considered you will need: Proven experience leading large-scale IT service transition and operating model transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments, including multi-tower managed services and Legacy technology estates. Strong knowledge of ITIL service management practices and ServiceNow-based ITSM environments, with expertise in governance, planning, reporting and programme delivery. Demonstrable success managing suppliers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams, supported by exceptional communication, leadership and relationship management skills.
