Contract Description
This is a senior, lead IT Service Transition Manager role.
6 month+ Outside IR35 contract
2-3 days onsite in Milton Keynes mandatory.
To be considered you will need:
Proven experience leading large-scale IT service transition and operating model transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments, including multi-tower managed services and Legacy technology estates.
Strong knowledge of ITIL service management practices and ServiceNow-based ITSM environments, with expertise in governance, planning, reporting and programme delivery.
Demonstrable success managing suppliers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams, supported by exceptional communication, leadership and relationship management skills.
Previous experience working with global managed service providers.
Experience working with Indian outsourcing organisations.
Experience transitioning services within automotive, manufacturing or highly regulated environments with significant legal footprints.
Deep understanding of Service Catalogue, CMDB, Asset Management and Service Integration practices.
