We are seeking a superb Senior Project Manager to lead the rapid roll-out of a new clinical technology across multiple clinical areas within an NHS organisation. The project has been initiated and an agile roll-out plan is already in place. You will take ownership of it and drive it hard: reaching as many clinicians and clinical areas as possible, then building out functionality, with benefits realised throughout. The timeline is aggressive. This is a high profile role with a demanding stakeholder landscape: senior clinicians, the SRO, the EPR team, the system supplier and executives up to COO level. You will direct one or two junior PMs who provide floor-walking and at-the-elbow support against your plan. Technical SMEs are in place. This is not a technical role, it is about grip, pace and bringing clinicians with you.
