Senior Project Manager - Healthcare at PRO PMs, South (Hybrid), 6 Months, £500 per day

We are seeking a superb Senior Project Manager to lead the rapid roll-out of a new clinical technology across multiple clinical areas within an NHS organisation.

The project has been initiated and an agile roll-out plan is already in place. You will take ownership of it and drive it hard: reaching as many clinicians and clinical areas as possible, then building out functionality, with benefits realised throughout. The timeline is aggressive.

This is a high profile role with a demanding stakeholder landscape: senior clinicians, the SRO, the EPR team, the system supplier and executives up to COO level. You will direct one or two junior PMs who provide floor-walking and at-the-elbow support against your plan.

Technical SMEs are in place. This is not a technical role, it is about grip, pace and bringing clinicians with you.

Must have the following:

• Senior PM with proven roll-outs of health technology to clinicians at pace
• Superb organisational skills with tight control of plans, RAID and benefits tracking
• Agile delivery experience and comfortable taking over and running an existing plan
• Robust with senior clinicians: able to handle strong-minded consultants and win their backing
• Excellent communication at all levels, with concise status reporting up to executive level
• Experience leading junior PMs or roll-out support teams
• A benefits realisation focus, not just go-lives

Highly desirable:

• Roll-out of new functionality within a major EPR
• Clinical documentation tool roll-outs, eg ambient voice, speech recognition or digital dictation
• Working knowledge of clinical safety (DCB0160) and DPIA/IG assurance routes
