Work anywhere in the UK outside IR35, helping a major international business deliver a large-scale organisational and technology transformation. You'll take ownership of change management, onboarding and in-sourcing, ensuring teams successfully transition into new roles and ways of working. You'll manage senior stakeholders, oversee knowledge transfer and vendor exits, and lead a blended onshore and offshore team. You'll need strong experience delivering organisational change across large global programmes, particularly operating model transformations, in-sourcing and stakeholder management.
