Network Security Engineer - 3-6 months - Outside IR35 We're hiring a Network Security Engineer to join one of our customers. This is a hands-on role for a highly skilled network and security engineer with strong service provider experience. Responsibilities: Manage and optimise the core network for performance, resilience, and uptime. Support core firewalls, switches, and routing platforms across data centre and edge environments. Automate network tasks and provisioning using Python, Ansible, and REST APIs. Maintain routing, peering, IP addressing, and network policies. Work closely with SOC/NOC teams to ensure security, stability, and compliance. Follow and enforce change control and operational best practices. Design and deploy Managed LAN, Wireless, and Security solutions. Deliver Fortinet solutions including FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer. Implement Cisco routing and Cisco Meraki solutions for customer environments....
