IT Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd Line) Central Birmingham (2-3 days onsite) 6 Month Contract (strong chance of extension) £275 - £300 per day (Outside IR35) We're partnered with a well-established business looking for a reliable IT Service Desk Analyst to support their internal users and keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on Microsoft environment role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of day-to-day support. The role You'll provide 1st/2nd line support to a 500+ user base, handling everything from access issues and password resets through to troubleshooting devices and Microsoft 365.
