Lead Product Manager | Sheffield Lead product role focused on owning customer-facing product direction in a purpose-led business. Essential experience Proven experience as a Lead Product Manager who can hit the ground running Lead a team of Product Managers showing what good looks like Ability to inherit, decipher and deliver an existing roadmap in Jira Strong systems thinking and delivery focus Confidence improving process, workflows and team ways of working where needed Experience in UX/UI-led product environments Ability to bring clarity, context and prioritisation to ambiguous workstreams 9 month contract with Hybrid working with 3 days per week on-site in Sheffield £450-£550 per day (outside IR35)
