Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager / Asset Manager We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager / Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic asset projects within a Registered Social Landlord (RSL). This is not a Survey Manager, Compliance Manager or Data Analyst role, however, the client would consider Asset Managers with Project Management experience. You will lead a series of business-critical projects focused on asset intelligence, stock condition, energy planning, asset investment and governance, ensuring successful delivery and reporting to senior stakeholders, Executive Team and Board.
