Large enterprise organisation delivering its technology change portfolio through a multi-partner model, spanning global systems integrators, software vendors and specialist solutions providers. Delivery is currently measured inconsistently across those partners, with each reporting in its own format, against its own definitions, on its own cadence. The result is that technology leadership has no single, comparable view of who is delivering well and who is not. The CTO Office is bringing in an experienced consultant to fix that. The remit is to design and stand up a delivery performance framework that measures every delivery partner, against a consistent set of standards, and to build the assessment and reporting that turns that into an actionable executive view.
