Operational Excellence Consultant - Insurance - Outside IR35. Our client, a dynamic Retail Insurance Broker, urgently requires a skilled Operational Excellence Consultant with a strong understanding of retail insurance broking to work on a process transformation project. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 5+years experience in process analysis, process mapping, process improvement, and operational excellence within an Insurance firm; Strong understanding of retail insurance broking operations and processes is essential; Skilled in business analysis and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes and TOM design; Excellent stakeholder management skills; and Experience in LEAN Six Sigma.
