Operational Excellence Consultant - Insurance - Outside IR35.

Our client, a dynamic Retail Insurance Broker, urgently requires a skilled Operational Excellence Consultant with a strong understanding of retail insurance broking to work on a process transformation project.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+years experience in process analysis, process mapping, process improvement, and operational excellence within an Insurance firm;
• Strong understanding of retail insurance broking operations and processes is essential;
• Skilled in business analysis and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes and TOM design;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; and
• Experience in LEAN Six Sigma.

This is an URGENT requirement, exclusive to Scarlet Fraser and the role can be based anywhere in the UK but you must be prepared to travel to regional broking offices. Interview slots booked for this week. For more information, email your CV.
