The Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and managing the various applications, tools, analytic data related platforms/software, and other business-related to the Kafka platform. Required skills and experience: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of operational processes, helping to establish scalable best practices within a growing team environment. Demonstrate a strong interest in streaming data technologies and develop subject matter expertise in Apache Kafka. Troubleshoot Linux-based applications by diagnosing and reproducing issues such as resource contention, performance bottlenecks, and network-related problems. Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support and ensuring successful outcomes through direct engagement.
