Business Analyst (LEAN) - Insurance Broking - OUTSIDE IR35 Our client, a rapidly growing Retail Insurance Broker, urgently requires an experienced LEAN Business Analyst with a strong understanding of retail insurance broking to work on a process transformation project. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 7+years experience Business Analysis experience with a focus on process analysis, process mapping, process improvement, and operational excellence within an Insurance firm; Strong understanding of retail insurance broking operations, systems and processes is essential; Skilled in business analysis and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes and TOM design; Understanding of how AI, automation, RPA, Robotics can be used to increase efficiency; Excellent stakeholder management skills; and Experience in LEAN Six Sigma.
