Business Analyst (LEAN) - Insurance Broking - OUTSIDE IR35

Our client, a rapidly growing Retail Insurance Broker, urgently requires an experienced LEAN Business Analyst with a strong understanding of retail insurance broking to work on a process transformation project.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 7+years experience Business Analysis experience with a focus on process analysis, process mapping, process improvement, and operational excellence within an Insurance firm;
• Strong understanding of retail insurance broking operations, systems and processes is essential;
• Skilled in business analysis and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes and TOM design;
• Understanding of how AI, automation, RPA, Robotics can be used to increase efficiency;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; and
• Experience in LEAN Six Sigma.

This is an URGENT requirement, exclusive to Scarlet Fraser and the role can be based anywhere in the UK but you must be prepared to travel to regional broking offices. Interview slots booked for next week. For more information, email your CV.
