Change Manager - Strategic People Change Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite in Northampton Offering up to £600 per day Outside IR35 Initial 12 Month contract We're looking for a Change Manager to drive people-focused change across large transformation programmes. This role is centred on enabling behaviour change and adoption , not project delivery.
