The Role We are looking for a high-calibre Lead Performance Analyst. This is a critical leadership role as we move through the Beta phase and prepare for a rigorous Service Standard Assessment (SSA). You will be the senior analytical voice within the product team, responsible for transforming complex data into a clear narrative that drives product prioritisation and satisfies Ministerial-level assurance requirements. Your mission is to move beyond simple reporting, you will embed a culture of data-led decision-making and ensure our performance framework is robust, transparent, and aligned with user outcomes.
