IT Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd Line Support) Our client is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote role requiring an immediate start. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd Line technical support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Remote Outside IR35 £150 - 175 per day Essential Requirements Previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line Service Desk support role. Microsoft ENTRA Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident and professional telephone manner. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
