RedRock Consulting is working with a growing and fast-paced organisation seeking an experienced Level 2 Line Support Consultant to join their IT team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on engineer who can quickly become productive, take ownership of technical issues, and work with minimal supervision within a busy end-user computing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex escalated incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and end-user technology issues.
Support identity and access management, including Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO and MFA.
Work across endpoint management platforms including Intune and Jamf.
Contribute to project work, hardware refreshes, software deployments and technical upgrades.
