Large-scale data modernisation and transformation programme, replacing a significant legacy estate by moving multiple systems out of a central platform into a new target architecture. The landscape includes strong engineering capability across microservices, cloud, AI, and data-driven services, alongside complex legacy migration. This is a hands-on delivery role, shaping real data flows, integrations, and migration patterns. No strategy or governance focus purely build and deliver.
