We are looking for a commercially minded analyst to support efficiency and improvement programmes across the Council. You will work at the intersection of data, finance, and procurement , helping services understand their costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve value for money. Your work will directly influence decision-making, business cases, and transformation activity.
