eLearning Developer (Articulate Rise 360/Storyline)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Developer to create engaging digital learning experiences for an international business. This is a hands-on role combining Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, video editing and AI-powered learning solutions, with responsibility for projects from initial concept through to development, testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning content using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
• Translate learning requirements into engaging, accessible and effective digital experiences.
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation, assessments, multimedia and interactive learning.
• Edit video and develop visual, audio and animation assets for digital learning.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving SCORM, learning platforms, authoring tools and digital content.
• Manage quality assurance, stakeholder reviews, publishing and LMS deployment.
• Adapt and maintain multilingual learning content, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong practical experience with Articulate Rise 360 and working knowledge of Storyline 360.
• Proven experience delivering digital learning projects end-to-end.
• Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Understanding of instructional design, accessibility and adult learning principles.
• Confidence using AI tools within digital learning development.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable: Experience with LMS/SCORM, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, After Effects, Vyond, AI-generated multimedia and multilingual content workflows.
