Service Designer | Outside IR35 | 3 months

We're seeking an experienced Service Designer to support the design and optimisation of Unified Communications services within a Telco environment.

Key Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Mandatory Experience working within the Telecommunications sector.
• Knowledge of Unified Communications, ideally RingCentral products.
• Ability to capture and map end-to-end business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and recommend multiple solution options.

Desirable

• Understanding of AI-enabled service enhancements and their integration into service design.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance and relevant legislation.

Contract Details

• Outside IR35
• Initial 3-month contract
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
