Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract Outside IR35

We're looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM specialist to support and enhance an Oracle Cloud HCM platform, combining hands-on configuration with the delivery of AI-driven improvements.

The role:

• Own HCM configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.
• Work with HR, IT and external partners to deliver enhancements, integrations and automation.
• Support system releases, impact assessments and regression testing.
• Provide technical guidance and identify ways to improve HR processes and employee self-service.

What you'll bring:

• Strong Oracle Cloud HCM experience, covering Core HR, Absence and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Hands-on Oracle AI Studio delivery in a live business environment
• Strong Oracle BI and Fast Formula's experience.
• Good knowledge of Oracle security, roles and access controls.
• Experience delivering HR integrations and an understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
• Confident stakeholder management and the ability to work independently across competing priorities.
