Contract Description


A specialist consultancy is seeking an experienced BI Developer to support the delivery of a high-profile healthcare transformation programme within the NHS. You 'll be responsible for developing reporting and analytics solutions that enable operational and clinical teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.



Client Details


Our client is an established consulting organisation delivering complex technology, data and transformation programmes across the public sector. They are currently supporting a large NHS programme and require additional BI expertise to strengthen their reporting and analytics capabilities.



Description


  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Create management information and reporting solutions for operational and clinical stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimise data models to support reporting requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support healthcare performance reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reporting best practices.
  • Collaborate with wider programme, data and transformation teams.


Profile


  • Proven BI Development experience within NHS or healthcare environments.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, SQL and data modelling.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reporting suites and management information solutions.
  • Understanding of healthcare datasets and reporting standards.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mental Health Trust experience would be highly advantageous


Job Offer

  • Competitive daily rate between £400 and £550 outside IR35, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Short term contract role
