Senior Business Analyst - London Market Underwriting
6-Month Initial Contract | Outside IR35 | London (3 days onsite)
Our Sister professional servcie company Stellarmann is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Lead with strong London Market Underwriting expertise to support a major transformation programme within a leading insurer.
You will lead a small BA team, shape and challenge business requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and work closely with underwriting, claims, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver change.

- Proven London Market insurance experience.
- Strong understanding of Underwriting processes and operating models - ideally Delegated underwriting
- Experience leading Business Analysts on complex change programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Delegated Authority/Coverholder experience highly desirable
