Clarity is working with a leading global financial services firm seeking a Programme Manager to drive a multi-year, multi-entity rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP through to global completion. You will own delivery across a series of phased releases, orchestrate the systems integrator and connected-systems vendors, and lead the business change that takes each entity live on a single, global finance platform. This is a role with real ownership, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, and could suit a Programme Manager who has run an enterprise ERP programme end to end, or a senior ERP project or workstream lead ready to step up to a full global rollout. You'll have experience in large-scale finance transformation on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

It is a hands-on, board-facing programme role that sits between the Group Finance Director's strategic intent and the day-to-day delivery of a global finance platform.

You must have:

Leading a large-scale, multi-entity Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programme end to end: design, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare
A working understanding of finance functions within financial services and the regulatory, statutory and control forces that shape them
The command of programme governance - planning, dependencies, risk and multi-vendor/systems-integrator delivery - to hold a phased, multi-release rollout to time, cost and quality

Applications without these three will not progress.

The Role:

Own end-to-end delivery: plan, sequence and drive multiple concurrent and sequential releases to time, cost, quality and benefit
Run programme governance: keep the plan, critical path, dependencies, risks and decisions visible to the Group Finance Director and steering committee
Orchestrate delivery partners: hold the systems integrator, Oracle and the wider vendor estate to plan and quality
Lead business change: shape target processes, ledger and chart-of-accounts design, super-user networks, training, UAT and the move to business-as-usual
Own data migration readiness: map, cleanse, reconcile and cut over finance data across a large, multi-jurisdiction entity estate
Drive standardisation and benefits: ensure each release lands consistent global processes and a single source of truth
Connect finance and delivery: translate between board-level intent, finance teams and technical build, resolving ambiguity before it becomes delivery risk
Steer each entity to go-live: coordinate readiness, cutover and hypercare, then confirm the outcome meets business and reporting expectations

Essential Skills:

Programme leadership: coordinating multiple workstreams and holding momentum and quality across a phased, multi-release rollout
Structured problem solving: breaking down complex delivery and data situations, finding root causes and proposing practical options
Stakeholder communication that flexes for board, finance and engineering audiences and moves decisions forward
Adaptability as scope, priorities and entity requirements move across geographies and releases
