• Lead SAP TM activities for a carve-out, including assessment of the existing solution, scope separation, and design of the standalone TM landscape.
• Configure SAP TM processes covering transportation planning, execution, freight management, and settlement, aligned with the requirements of the new business entity.
• Support separation and integration activities across SAP TM, S/4HANA, EWM, ERP, and third-party logistics systems, including data migration and interface remediation.
• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new standalone SAP TM environment.
