SAP HCM/Payroll Developer
Remote - Europe Based
Outside IR35
Start Date - End of September
Contract - 3 Month Initial Contract

SAP HCM/Payroll Developer needed to provide technical support in a major global payroll transformation programme, consolidating payroll systems into a single SAP-based solution alongside SAP S/4HANA and wider HR transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will provide technical support for SAP HCM/Payroll solutions including payroll custom developments, payroll engine enhancements, schema and PCR support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP HCM/Payroll solutions using ABAP and ABAP Objects.
• Support the development of reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms and conversions.
• Develop and maintain payroll validation and reconciliation tools.
• Provide debugging and troubleshooting support for payroll issues.
• Prepare technical specifications based on functional requirements.
• Support SAP HCM and Payroll enhancements and corrections.
• Assist with payroll reporting, data extraction and employee master data processes.
• Work with functional consultants to deliver technical payroll requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services and APIs.
• Support interface monitoring, data migration and validation activities.

Required Skills/Experience

• SAP technical consulting experience.
• SAP HCM/Payroll technical experience.
• Strong SAP ABAP development experience.
• Experience working on SAP implementation, enhancement or support projects.
• Good understanding of SAP HCM technical components.
• Experience developing payroll reports and interfaces.
