Service Desk Engineer

Remote | NHS Programme | Outside IR35 | £140 per day

Join a major NHS digital transformation programme.

We're supporting a large NHS organisation through a significant technology transition programme and are looking for experienced Service Desk Engineers to join the team.

This is a fully remote contract offering the opportunity to support frontline healthcare services whilst working on a high-profile digital change initiative.

The Role

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, acting as a key point of contact for users and helping to ensure excellent service delivery during a critical transformation period.

Key responsibilities include:

• Logging and managing incidents and service requests
• Providing 1st line technical support
• Supporting Microsoft 365 users
• Active Directory account administration
• Password resets and user access management
• Supporting Exchange and NHS Mail environments
• Escalating complex incidents to specialist teams
• Delivering excellent customer service

Experience Required

We would love to hear from candidates with:

• Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience
• Microsoft 365 support experience
• Active Directory administration skills
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• NHS
• CSU or GP IT experience 

Package

• £140 per day
• Outside IR35
