Finance Project Manager - Financial Services - Outside IR35 at Korn Ferry, London, £Contract Rate

Contract Length: Initial contract till end of year, planned extension.

Korn Ferry Project Solutions is supporting a major financial services client with a global finance transformation programme and is seeking experienced Finance Transformation Project Managers to join the engagement.

You'll support the delivery of complex European finance transformation and transition programmes, working across offshoring, centralisation, organisational change and knowledge transfer, with stakeholders across Europe and India.

Requirements:

• Strong project management experience within complex transformation or transition programmes
• Experience delivering offshoring, centralisation, shared services or Target Operating Model programmes
• European/multi-country transformation experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and complex European change environments
• Works council engagement experience
• Strong project planning, RAID management, governance and reporting experience
• Experience managing transition, country readiness and knowledge-transfer activities
• Highly delivery-focused, organised and able to operate independently
• Financial Services experience preferred
