We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead-to-Cash Business Change Manager to support a major transformation programme focused on optimising and embedding Lead-to-Cash processes across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a change professional with strong Salesforce expertise and a proven track record of delivering successful business change initiatives within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business change activities across a Salesforce Lead-to-Cash transformation programme.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communications, and adoption plans.
• Assess business impacts and support process improvements across the customer lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and readiness activities.
• Ensure successful user adoption and realisation of business benefits.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Change Manager on Salesforce programmes.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, including sales, quoting, contracting, ordering, billing, and revenue management.
• Demonstrable experience delivering organisational change within large-scale transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working within Agile and cross-functional delivery teams.
