Salesforce Lead-to-Cash Business Analyst at La Fosse Associates Limited, Howe Green, £550 per day

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead-to-Cash/CPQ Business Analyst to support a high-profile Salesforce transformation programme.

Working with business and technical stakeholders, you will drive requirements gathering, process optimisation and solution delivery across the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash life cycle, with a particular focus on Salesforce CPQ.

• Gather and document business requirements across Lead-to-Cash and CPQ processes.

• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

• Analyse and improve sales, quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering and billing processes.

• Produce user stories, process maps and functional documentation.

• Support solution design, testing, UAT and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with Salesforce consultants, developers and project teams in an Agile environment.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Cash processes.

• Experience delivering Salesforce implementation or transformation programmes.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Agile delivery experience is highly desirable.
