Cyber Learning Coordinator | NIS2 | Remote | Outside IR35 - £350p/d

I'm working with a global organisation that's looking for a Cyber Learning Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale cyber awareness and compliance programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in cyber awareness, learning management or compliance training who enjoys coordinating global learning initiatives and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Cyber security awareness and learning programme coordination
• Learning Management Systems (LMS), including MetaCompliance administration
• Training scheduling, campaign management, and content deployment
• Learning operations, completion tracking, and compliance reporting
• Data quality management, validation, and audit readiness
• Reporting and analysis using Excel and learning platform data
• Content localisation, translation coordination, and version control
• Process documentation, runbook creation, and continuous improvement
• Stakeholder coordination and cross-functional communication
• Quality assurance, issue resolution, and exception management
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
