Job Spec

Lead the end to end UAT, ensuring testing is delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Hands on execution of UAT test scripts where required, alongside coordination with SI and business.
• Own UAT planning, including test approach, test cycles, entry/exit criteria and overall test schedule.
• Coordinate a global UAT programme across multiple regions, time zones and business functions.
• Facilitate/contribute to daily stand ups, providing clear reporting on:
  • Test execution progress
  • Scripts completed vs outstanding
  • Defects raised and resolved
  • Risks, issues and blockers
  • Overall readiness against milestones
• Manage incidents, defects and bugs through to resolution, ensuring appropriate prioritisation and escalation where necessary.
• Work closely with Deloitte who are responsible for SIT and Payroll Testing, to ensure seamless transition between testing phases and successful end to end validation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all UAT related activities, engaging business stakeholders, IT teams and third party partners.
