You'll work closely alongside a Managed Service Provider who delivers the third-line technical capability, allowing you to focus on delivering first-class customer service, proactive workplace support and ensuring every interaction with IT is professional, efficient and positive.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a highly visible role where communication, ownership and relationship building are just as important as technical ability.
