TOM Consultant - Outside IR35 - Financial Services - (Target Operating Model) at Korn Ferry, London, 3 Months, £Contract Rate

Korn Ferry Project Solutions are looking to engage a TOM consultant to support the delivery of a global Finance Transformation programme within an Insurance client. We'd like to speak with experienced Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) Consultants who can support the design of future-state finance processes and operating models alongside the implementation of Clearwater and Aladdin.

Rate: Competitive - Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid - London (1-2 days per week)
Duration: Initial 3 months, potential extension
Start: ASAP

Required experience:

• Proven experience working as a Target Operating Model (TOM) Consultant within a global Financial Services organisation
• Strong track record delivering Finance Transformation and TOM design across complex, multi-region environments
• Experience designing future-state ("To-Be") finance processes, operating models and support models
• Experience supporting major finance transformation programmes involving technology implementation (Clearwater, Aladdin or similar platforms highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of global finance operating models, governance structures, roles and responsibilities
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders across global business units
• Ability to translate transformation objectives into practical operating model changes and implementation plans
• Investment Accounting experience highly desirable, ideally within Insurance, Asset Management or Investment Management
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, providing hands-on expertise rather than purely advisory support
