Digital Business Analyst - Outside IR35 - Financial Services - North West at Korn Ferry, Cheshire, to £580 Outside IR35

We're supporting a major digital transformation programme within a Financial Services organisation and are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to help deliver new customer-facing digital capabilities as part of a wider CRM initiative.

Role details:

• Rate: Up to £580/day Outside IR35
• Location: Crewe - 3 days per week onsite (Tuesday-Thursday, mandatory)
• Availability: ASAP start, maximum 2-week notice period

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience delivering customer-facing portals, self-service platforms, mobile apps and CRM transformation, who enjoys working in a small, hands-on environment alongside third-party delivery partners.

Essential experience:

• Digital transformation programmes delivering customer-facing portals, self-service platforms or mobile apps
• End-to-end customer journey mapping, translating journeys into business requirements and user stories
• CRM implementation, enhancement or transformation experience (Microsoft Dynamics exposure beneficial)
• Significant experience within Financial Services, Insurance or Banking
• Experience working in smaller organisations, comfortable taking ownership and wearing multiple hats
• Experience working with third-party vendors in vendor-led delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering and communication skills
