Cyber Learning Analyst | Remote | Outside IR35 - £375p/d

I'm working with a global organisation that's looking for a Cyber Learning Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale cyber awareness and compliance programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in cyber awareness, learning management or compliance training who enjoys coordinating global learning initiatives and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate global cyber learning campaigns via an LMS (including MetaCompliance)
• Manage training assignments, reporting, compliance tracking and audit evidence
• Coordinate multilingual content localisation and translation
• Produce dashboards and completion reports using Excel/Power BI
• Work with Cyber, HR, Legal and regional teams to ensure effective learning delivery
• Support continuous improvement through process optimisation and human risk reporting

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience coordinating learning, cyber awareness or compliance programmes
• Hands-on experience with an LMS (MetaCompliance and/or Workday Learning desirable)
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Excel/Power BI)
• Excellent organisation, stakeholder management and attention to detail
• Knowledge of phishing awareness, human risk or NIS2 is advantageous
